How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel, open the InstaMassDM extension, go to the Pro page and click Unsubscribe - that opens the Stripe billing portal. You can also email support@instamassdm.com, or send us your username on website chat. Accounts are cancelled within 24 hours and you are not billed again.
What does the lifetime deal actually include?
A single payment of $199 gives you continued access to InstaMassDM along with the feature updates we ship, with no recurring subscription charge.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Checkout runs through Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You are redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page - we never see or store your card details.
Can I upgrade from monthly to lifetime later?
Yes. Email support@instamassdm.com with your username and we will help you move across so you are not paying for both at once.
Are there any hidden or per-message fees?
No. The plan price is the whole price. Sending more DMs never costs more, and there is no setup fee.
Does Instagram mass DM pricing change as I send more?
No. Both plans are flat rate. Whether you send 50 DMs a day or run at your full daily cap, the price is identical.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund terms are set out in full on our refund policy page. If something is not working as described, contact support first - most issues are a settings fix.
