Yes. Use merge tags such as {first_name} so each DM opens with the recipient's actual name, and set up two or three message variants that rotate automatically. No two people receive an identical message.

Up to around 500 per day per account once the account is fully warmed up. You set the cap yourself, and we recommend starting lower and building up over the first week.

Short, specific and ending in a question. Skip links in the opener - they suppress replies. Three lines is usually plenty, and referencing why you are reaching out beats a generic pitch every time.

We build every safety control we can into the product: randomized delays between messages, gradual warm-up for newer accounts, daily caps, sending windows and automatic pausing when Instagram signals a limit.

That said, any automation carries risk, and Instagram's own terms restrict automated messaging. We strongly recommend conservative daily limits and never using an account you cannot afford to lose.

Email and chat support typically replies within one business day. Send your Instagram username with the first message and it is usually resolved in a single reply.
